running 21.87 with -1.8 wind is great. I didn't expect to run that fast with a negative wind and after running a 400m. My coach here has done a great job. Hopefully I am qualified for the nationaux. If not I will have to try and run faster before July12. There is no more meets in this region so I would have to travel for competition. I am not sure if the president will help me with the cost to travel to other meets. Now all meets are at least 4hrs drive away.
With a 21.87 speed I should be running under 48sec for 400m, maybe the next meeting I will run better.
I am very happy for etienne to run pb in 200m and 400m. Elijah and Brahim are having great seasons too.
I am very happy for the clan, all is doing very well.
